- Order data: first and last name, email address, delivery address, phone number
- Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card data
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies
- Communications: content of messages you send us

- Processing and delivering orders
- Sending confirmations and shipment notifications
- Customer support
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax records)
- Improving the website (Google Analytics — anonymised)
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on: (a) contract performance (order), (b) legal obligation, (c) your consent for marketing communications.
4. Data retention
Order data is retained for 7 years (tax legislation). Marketing email addresses until consent is withdrawn.
