1. Contract Formation

The contract is formed upon placing an order through scootr.eu and e-mail confirmation. The buyer receives an order confirmation at the specified e-mail address.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR including VAT. Payment options:

• Stripe — credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AmEx)
• Revolut Pay
• Bank transfer — order processed upon receipt of payment

3. Delivery

Delivery time is 3–10 working days from order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer upon receipt of goods.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

5. Warranty

All electric products carry a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Details in our Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

The parties commit to resolving disputes amicably. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. These conditions apply from 1 January 2025.
