We deliver across the EU. Parcels are dispatched from our EU warehouses within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
Delivery Times

- 🇩🇪 Germany, Austria: 4–7 working days
- 🇸🇮 Slovenia, Croatia: 3–5 working days
- 🇫🇷 France, Spain, Italy: 5–8 working days
- 🇵🇱 Poland, Netherlands, Hungary: 5–10 working days
Shipping Costs
- 🚚 Free shipping on orders over €100
- 📦 €3.99 for orders under €100
Carriers
We ship with DHL, DPD and GLS. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns
You have the right to return within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Attach the invoice or order confirmation

Refund
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the return, to the original payment instrument.
